We are very fortunate to have an experienced resident Homes Manager who can provide advice and support (but not personal care) so that the residents can live independent lives.
The Maintenance Manager looks after the building and grounds, providing a repair service and arranges more significant maintenance and improvements where necessary.
Weekly Maintenance Contribution
Residents make a contribution to the costs of maintaining the accommodation and for the Homes Manager support services.
There is also a service charge to cover the costs of heating and hot water which is provided to each flat from a communal system.
Residents pay their own bills for electricity, telephone and council tax.
